Crafting keeps my mind clear and my hands busy. It allows me to be creative and focused on something that is just fun. Usually you can find me working on a coloring page while watching TV or talking to friends. It’s more relaxing than scrolling on Instagram.
And now, it’s time for me to embark on a new art project.
As my time in college is coming to an end, I have the desire to create my own memorabilia. I’ll be working on a scrapbook for the whole semester.
This weekend I went to a craft store to grab my supplies: glue sticks, stickers, patterned paper and a sturdy book of blank pages. I sorted through my photos to find the highlights of my last four years of college. Soon, the blank pages will be full cut outs of my life and glitter paper.
