Day One
June 13
The premiere opening event of the Annual Glass Show and Sale will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Newark’s beautifully restored historic post office building, which is now an event center–The Skylight.
Next up is the traditional Night at the Museum, which includes appetizers and desserts, an opportunity to meet board candidates and reconnect with friends, and a challenging scavenger hunt through the museum. Bidding will begin on silent auction items.
Day Two
June 14
Enjoy breakfast treats and coffee Friday morning while participating in the election and Annual Meeting, which will be in the museum’s multipurpose room. Stay for seminars on Heisey glass.
The Annual Glass Show and Sale will be open from noon to 4 p.m. to give you plenty of time to shop and view the Heisey table displays created by members and clubs.
The Banquet, just across the street at the Doubletree by Hilton Newark, begins with a reception at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:30 p.m., followed by a live auction and final bidding on silent auction items.
Day Three
June 15
Saturday morning begins with the Glass Flea Market at the Canal Market District. It’s an opportunity to buy and sell glass, and to try your luck at the ever-popular dime toss game.
This is the final day of the Annual Glass Show and Sale – open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
