Artful Mending
July 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for our Artful Mending workshop to learn the creative and expressive process of repairing clothes and textiles. Whether a subtle fix or a bold statement, visible mending makes repairs stand out, adding a unique and personal touch. Artful mending can revitalize beloved garments and spark creativity, transforming each item into sustainable wearable art.
In this workshop, Megan Olbur of “Made by Meg” and Kathryn Gorney of “Quilting Bees” will teach you the basics of how to repair and revitalize clothing and other items using essential mending techniques that can help extend the life of your clothes and reduce your environmental footprint.
