Granville Open Space program preserves green spaces, helps build firewall against rapid growth

With Intel building what it says will be the largest computer microchip factory in the world 12 miles west of Granville, and the potential for unprecedented growth and development, the green spaces preserved through this levy are the first line of defense against rapid urbanization.
